Below are the rules, for Exchanges and Refunds of purchases made on the site. Here you can clarify all your doubts. If you bought and received a product and didn't like it, you have at most 7 days to make your request to our team.

Returned products that show signs of use or are not in saleable condition will have the exchange refused and will be sent back to the original address.

How to return products?
The return for exchange on the site is done through postage at the Post Office. When you request an exchange, we will give you a postage code, and you should appear with the product ready to be shipped, at any Post Office branch. If you want to know where the nearest post office is, go to: www.correios.com.br/agencias.

How to prepare the products for shipping?
To return the product it must be packaged, so use the original packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, use brown paper, a box or something similar. The instruction manual and accessories need to be returned along with the product. The destination address does not need to be indicated on the package, the agency will know the return address from the postage code itself.

Important: You must put a copy of your invoice inside the package of the product to be returned and take another copy with you, so that it can be attached to the outside of the package. If returning more than one item, put an invoice inside each package and have copies at hand to be attached to the packages when you go to the Post Office.

Rules for exchanges due to defect
If your product presents a manufacturing defect, see the rules below and what to do:

Our warranty period against manufacturing defect is 30 calendar days after receiving the product. In these cases, the service is done directly with us at our Customer Service Center. The defective product(s) must be returned and will be subject to analysis, which has a maximum response time of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt in our distribution center (and may be earlier!) and in both situations - analysis approved or disapproved - you will receive our contact. The product must not contain any signs of misuse, violation of the manufacturer's seal, damage, or any other wear and tear caused by improper use of the product. Only after this analysis will we proceed with the exchange process or return the product to the customer.

Regret rules
We always want to exceed your expectations. But if you regret buying a product from our site or telesales, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days.
